Privacy policy

A clear explanation of what data we receive, why we use it and what rights you have.

1. Who controls your data

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is Wojciech Maczugowski (RECREATE STUDIO). For privacy matters, contact us at recreate4studio@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, telephone number and message. You may also provide a company name, areas of interest, preferred timing and location. Technical data, such as an IP address and request time, may be processed to operate and secure the website. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the form.

3. Why we process it

We use inquiry data to respond, discuss a potential production and prepare a proposal. Where you request steps before entering into a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business correspondence and protection against abuse, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling messages and securing the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If cooperation begins, separate contractual and legal obligations may apply. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

4. Who may receive data

Access is limited to authorised people working with RECREATE STUDIO and service providers needed to run the site and correspondence, including Cloudflare as hosting and database provider and the email provider. Embedded videos may connect your browser to providers such as YouTube, Vimeo or Cloudflare Stream; opening an Instagram or TikTok link takes you to that service. These providers apply their own privacy policies. Some processing may occur outside the EEA, in which case applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. If a project proceeds, data needed for the agreement, accounting or possible claims is kept for the period required by applicable law or until the relevant limitation period expires. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's rules.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to recreate4studio@gmail.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Is providing data required?

Providing data is voluntary. The name, email address, telephone number and message are required by the inquiry form so we can identify the request and arrange contact. Without them, the form cannot be submitted. Other fields are optional. The checkbox confirms that you have read this policy; it is not consent to marketing.

8. Cookies, embedded media and security

The public website does not run its own advertising or analytics trackers. Session storage remembers whether the opening animation has been shown. A necessary login cookie is set only for administrators. Embedded video services may use their own technologies when their content loads. We use HTTPS and restrict access to inquiries in the admin panel. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to inquiries.
